Accepting Yourself
How to come to terms with your past

Your past is the most active element in your memory that keeps you referring to the bad times. We cannot totally forget, but we can subside those memories, store them in the "drawer" in our brain space. The important part of your recovery is to focus on present and the future. For some it sounds impossible, for others extremely difficult. Often, you can't do it on your own, and this is when we have to connect and work together. Join me in my workshop, where impossible becomes possible.
